Terms

1. Renter's and Driver's age: Minimum age required is 23 years old for group A, B and C, and 25 years old for groups D, E, F, L, and G.

2. Driving License and passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of driving license, issued at least 2 years ago. A valid passport have to be presented at time of rental.

3. Additional driver(s): For each additional driver - fee  will be charged.

4. Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable on checkout in cash or credit card.

5. Rent-it-here/Leave-it-there: This option is available only upon request at time of booking.

6. One Way Rental: It is subject to an agreement between renter and B&G Rent A Car.

7. Delivery/Collection: Upon request for all Bulgarian towns, resorts and airports of Bourgas, Varna, Sofia and Plovdiv.

8. Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law without additional payment.

9. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) fee  will be charged.

10.Theft Protection (T.P) fee  will be charged.

11. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.): fee  will be charged.

12. Gasoline and Refueling Charge: Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental.

13. Airpot fee: fee  will be charged.

14. Lost registration documents: In case of lost a fine of 200 EUR will be charged.

15. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, are at the renter's expense.

16. Deposit: 200 - 500 euro

17. The renters liability: For damage or theft the car - fee  will be charged.

18. Special equipment:  Baby seats, Child boosters, Snow chains and winter tyres fee  will be charged..

19. Second driver fee  will be charged..
